YOUNG ITALIAN STAGE DESIGNER BORN IN MASSA (TUSCANY).

She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara and she attended the master's degree in Stage and Costume Design for Opera at the Opera Academy in Verona studying under the guidance of Pier Luigi Pizzi.

During her career she has crossed very different contexts: she followed for several years both Prison Theatre Programs with Teatro del Pratello, and opera productions; she designed both exhibition spaces for cultural events, and sets for theatre and musical performances for many companies. She collaborated with mportant Italian Theatres and Houses such as Arena di Verona, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Teatro Regio di Parma e Teatro Biondo di Palermo.

Since 2011 she has signed numerous productions including: “Dido and Aeneas”, an opera by H. Purcell, site-specific intervention in historic buildings in Tuscany and Liguria, collaboration between the Academy of Fine Arts of Carrara and the Niccolò Paganini Conservatory of Genoa, 2012; “Любовь и смерть в Вероне” (Love and death in Verona) at Saratov Kiselev Youth Theater, Saratov, Russian Federation, in collaboration with IUGTE and ArtUniverse Agency, 2015; “Zadnjih pet let” world premiere in slovenian language of the musical The last five years by J. R. Brown, co-production between the Slovene Civic Theatre in Trieste and the Slovenian National Theater of Nova Gorica, 2019; “The Marriage of Figaro” by W.A. Mozart, site-specific intervention inside the garden of Palazzo Corsini, Florence, for The New Generation Festival, 2019; “A noi due…” immersive live show designed for the space of the historic Steri Chiaramonte palace in Palermo.

Since January 2020 she has been part of the creative team of the Young Artist Program of the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, with which she collaborated on various productions: Turandot (Ai Weiwei), Rigoletto (Damiano Michieletto, Paolo Fantin), Zaide (Graham Vick, Italo Grassi), the film-opera Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Traviata and Boheme (Mario Martone), Il Trovatore (Lorenzo Mariani, William Orlandi), Swan Lake (Benjamin Pech, Aldo Buti), Joan of Arc (Davide Livermore, Giò Forma).

For the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, together with director Giulia Randazzo, she signed the visual project of "La vedova allegra", directed by Stefano Montanari in concert form for the 2020 summer season at Circo Massimo; "Inconfessabile Verdi", for the XX-XXI Verdi Festival "Scintille d’Opera" / VERDIOFF, Teatro Regio di Parma; "Farnese Suite", a feature film in media partnership with RAI 5 produced by Fabbrica YAP - Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, in collaboration with the French Embassy in Italy and Académie de l’Opéra National de Paris.

She won the National Award of the Arts 2012 - Stage Design Section, for the opera “Dido and Aeneas”, the Nuovo Premio Teatro Traiano - Social Issues 2016, for the theatrical short “Dove nessuno più dormirà”, the Best Stage Design Award 2020 – XV Tragos European Competition for Theatre and Dramaturgy, for the opera concept “Il barbiere di Siviglia” and the 7th HAUSMANN & CO. AWARD FOR THE ARTS.
